Though Kareena Kapoor Khan, in the past, had revealed that she won’t be fasting for hubby Saif Ali Khan, she had stated that she will be still celebrating Karwa Chauth. In a couple of pictures that had surfaced online, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actress looked stunning as she wore an embroidered yellow suit. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

For Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karwa Chauth 2018 was even special because her hubby and actor Abhishek Bachchan, too, had observed a fast for her. The couple, who has been married for a decade now, remains head over heels for each other. Hence, it didn’t come as a surprise that Junior Big B also starves with his wife, that too every year. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s fairytale-like love story that eventually blossomed into a wedding is not hidden from the world. Last year, it was the actresses’ first Karwa Chauth and she made it a point to celebrate the special day with her significant half. Taking to her Instagram, Anushka shared a glimpse of her celebrations. The picture saw Anushka decked up in traditional attire with her marriage chooda and mehendi.



Bipasha Basu

It was in the year 2016 that Bipasha Basu celebrated her first Karwa Chauth for hubby Karan Singh Grover. The couple had taken to their Instagram accounts and treated fans with pictures from the same and, must say, they were beautiful. Bipasha looked gorgeous as usual, not to miss her enthusiasm towards fasting.




Shilpa Shetty

Shilpa Shetty celebrates all the Hindu festivals with utmost zeal and Karwa Chauth is no exception. Her last Karwa Chauth, however, was a little more special and adventurous because she, along with hubby Raj Kundra, celebrated in away from their homeland, in Sri Lanka. In her caption, Shilpa revealed how the couple broke their fast by getting a picture of the moon seen in Mumbai, which was sent by a friend since there was no sign of moon in Sri Lanka till 9:30 pm. Also, Shilpa looked ethereal in a silver shimmery saree.

Sanjay Dutt’s wife Maanayata Dutt looked no less than a newly-wed bride, as she eagerly waited to get a glimpse of the moon. She gave fans a sneak peek into her celebrations by sharing a beautiful picture.
